DUTIES: Centre Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 4IR Centre, ensuring optimal use of resources, equipment, and technology. Implement and oversee policies, procedures, and safety protocols in line with industry standards. Ensure the Centre complies with all academic and regulatory requirements. Curriculum Development and Innovation: Lead the design and continual improvement of curricula for courses in robotics, AI, programming, and other 4IR fields. Ensure the curriculum remains aligned with current industry trends and technological advancements. Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to provide hands-on, practical learning experiences for students. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the Centre’s strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the broader vision of West Coast TVET College. Staff Supervision and Development: Recruit, oversee, and mentor teaching and support staff within the Centre.
