The logo signifies OPPORTUNITIES.   The sun and sea elements represent the West Coast, and the running man reaching up portrays the idea that whilst the people of the West Coast might remain in their area, they are able to break out and grow beyond their circumstances.

The sun gives the logo a universal appeal, and the strong colours chosen – red, green and blue – signify the creation of opportunities.
