REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12 plus a 4-year Degree in Education or relevant recognised tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 3 years lecturing experience in similar position, preferably in a TVET Sector.
- Drivers licence compulsory (must be an active driver and able to drive the College manual vehicles).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and coordinating the implementation of planned goals and working with a range of professional colleagues.

DUTIES: Financial Management – Display a sound financial understanding in applying the most effective management practices to achieve the college financial goals and objectives; Draft and implement ECD budgets; Provide leadership and management in the preparation, submission and approval of the ECD budget; Demonstrates knowledge of general concepts of financial planning and budgeting; Monitoring and invoicing; Ensures effective utilisation of financial resources. HR Management – Render advice and support with the recruitment, selection and orientation with staff and interns in conformity with applicable rules and procedures; Managing the capturing and payment of occupational student stipends; Lead and support the organisational developmental programmes and initiatives in line with the vision of the College; Provide strategic leadership and ensure the development of a training and development strategy; Plan that is aligned to the strategic objectives and priorities of the College; Advice and support on employee relations and labour relations matters in line with applicable policy and procedure; Staff development and teamwork for optimal efficiency. Office Management – General supervision of ECD staff; Manage external verification and internal moderation processes; Preparation of quality reports; General office management. Programme and Project Management – Plans, manages, monitor and additional training projects; Evaluate specific activities in order to deliver the desired outputs and outcomes; Implementation of ECD projects and designing of project rollout plans; Designing of training interventions; Ensuring accreditation and feedback to relevant stakeholders; Development of stakeholder partnerships and good relations. - Experience in teaching New Venture Creation subjects preferably in the TVET Sector will be an added advantage.
