“Education and people run in my veins and therefore I continued the path of becoming a part of the TVET Sector,” says Dolly.

She worked at Sir Val Duncan Technical College in as a lecturer and from there she grew and climbed the academic ladder to becoming the Campus Manager that she is today.

“I even had a little stint in the mining sector that taught me a lot as I was in the HR Department and realized that people, when they are cared for, can be their worth in gold,” Dolly added.

She came back to the then “#1 college” Northlink TVET College where was the Head of Department for Business Studies, Marking Centre Manager and the SBA Provincial Coordinator.
