In an effort to create an environment conducive for teaching and learning, West Coast College has revamped both Atlantis and Vredenburg, Fitting and Turning workshops. The revamp costing R1Million includes building of a new workshop, and the machinery includes among others a guillotine, power saw machine, press bender.

This is an effort to ensure that the college continues to be an internationally recognized Technical, Vocational, Education and Training (TVET) College responsive to the skills development and training needs in the region and equally producing students who are ready to compete in the job market.

The much needed renovations at the Vredenburg campus included new facelift for the students’ dining area including additions of new rooms.
