LECTURER POSITION
Post Level 1
(Ref. no: WCC 51/17) Food Preperation – Malmesbury Campus
Salary range: R245 700.00 – R248 140. 00 plus benefits per annum 
Permanent position: Subject to 12 months’ probation period.
Basic Requirements: Grade 12; three-year teaching qualification in the relevant field; relevant qualifications or other related qualifications; assessor and moderator training advantageous; industry experience will be an added advantage; computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence.
Key performance areas: Teaching and assessment of students; set tests and assignments; mark scripts and prepare mark sheets; prepare portfolio of assessments and files.

MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
Post Level 9
(Ref. no: WCC 52/17) ICT Manager – Central Office
Salary range: R 334 545. 00 – R 394 065. 00 plus benefits per annum
Permanent position: Subject to 12 months’ probation period.
Basic Requirements: Diploma in Computer Science or BSC Degree in Computer Science; 3-5 years management experience within Information Systems environment and a valid driver’s licence.
Key performance areas: Ensure high degree of ICT Compliance in respect of: ICT Governance; develop and implement policies and manage SLA (vendor performance); develop and implement ICT Governance Framework industry standards; security management (Antivirus, firewalls and system patches in house and third-party software); Perform ICT risk assessment and periodically report on system audits; develop an ICT strategic plan that is focused on delivery of its services to stakeholders (students and Staff); ensure the development, establishment of appropriate e-governance and ICT policies; frameworks and standards. this includes policies such as ICT acceptable usage policies, infrastructure, integration, disaster recovery and business continuity, security and authentication policies as well as any e-governance policies such as service level agreements, standard operating procedure and ICT change manage policy.

(Ref. no: WCC 53/17) Marketing Manager –Central Office
Salary range: R 334 545. 00 – R 394 065. 00 plus benefits per annum
Permanent position: Subject to 12 months’ probation period.
Basic Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Advertising and or an appropriate qualification (diploma/degree) with 3 years marketing-related experience in the education or similar field; working knowledge of the TVET sector; 5 years experience as a Marketer; ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation; good organisational, administration and computer skills and a valid code 8 driver’s license
Key performance areas: Ensure recruitment targets are met; to be responsible for the effective marketing and communication of the college programmes and activities amongst relevant stakeholders; to ensure that adequate funding is raised to sustain the activities of the College; to manage and co-ordinate the marketing strategy, policies and procedures; provide specialist marketing input into the strategic plan of the College; report to Council on progress of marketing plans as per strategic plan. draw up marketing operations plan, schedules, delegations and control measures; ensure integration of marketing plan into operations; establish and maintain a link between market research and Project Managers; manage and co-ordinate the maintenance of all external customers contact with funders, prospective students, commerce and industry, employers, community, government, partnerships, SETAs and media; develop and maintain a stakeholder database.

Salary range: R 334 545. 00 – R 394 065. 00 plus benefits per annum
Permanent position: Subject to 12 months’ probation period.
Basic Requirements: a 3 year National Diploma in Human Resource Management; a 4 year Degree in Human Resource Management; a post degree qualification will be an added advantage; at least 5 years of experience as a General Human Resources Manager; active affiliation with the appropriate human resources network and organisations and a valid code 8 drivers license.
Key performance areas: Recruiting and staff logistics; leave management; staff wellness; staff development and talent planning; employment and compliance to legislation; employee orientation; policy development and documentation; employee relations; contract management; employee services; counselling; payroll management; staff performance management and needs analysis human resources strategic planning; organisational and change management; human resource systems and technology; job grading; Management of human resource processes at an organisational level; employee relations and labour related matters.
